    Eid is coming soon SO 3eedkom mobarak ^^
    I love 3id ala’67ah wayeed cos we do [ tanoor ] I love it and miss it because it comes ones in a year =). 4 those who don’t know what it is [ tanoor ] that is a tradition food [ when u bring the meat and cover it with special spice then put it under the ground and put the fire on ] let me say the whole project in detail . First you get the goat meat wash v.good until u get it clean , next cover the meat with korkom and salt, leave it for one night in a air-conditioning room. In the morning wash the meat v.good from the Korkom and salt and leave it until u gets ur spice ready. How to make the spice!? here it is the magic recipe lol get the dry dates and let it boiling with the water for half an hour then take the water and add these spices to ( the black pepper , salt , cardamom, cinnamon [ all in powder] ) and mix it all together. After that cover the meat with the spice and put it in the special case where ur going to cook the meat in, we call it [wa’7eefah] it is a bag made of dry palm leaves. Open the bag put the mango leaves in the bottom next add the meat then the mango leaves on the top then close the bag tightly. Now take the bag and put it in the fire and let the bag sleep for one night. Next day at lunch time the meat will be ready. Take the bag out of the hole and enjoy ur lunch, u can’t imagine how is that delicious. I like to eat this meat with white rice and tomato. It takes three days, but it is really worth it.

    Yesterday I went to Dubai global village it is my first time to go there and I like v. much. I like the Indian village it is v. big.

    Cold weather

    Winter is my love least season in a year. Who ales? The Raining in These few days just refresh people in UAE. They like these cool days,
    So they start there own activities. [Al7mdo llah 3la na3mat al ma6r].

    Yesterday I went to Abu Dhabi mall looking for a shine golden top, but I didn’t find any. There is a lot but not like what I want it exactly. I want it with sleeves almost like jacket. I find one in Promod but It wasn’t that shine.

    Yes before I go I add some new friends to my [friends of moi section].

    weekend ^^

    This weekend was the greatest ^^
    It started on Friday morning my husband and i went to the north in the uae .. Fujairah and RAK we visited the Friday market [ souk al jom3ah ] . it is a place between mountains were u can buy old things [ tradition thing I mean] they sell carpets , fresh fruits , toys , food , and many many things . i bought 2 carpets ,4 covers for my cushions and wall carpets . We ate corn they cook it in v.good way it is really delicious.. After that we had our lunch on a side of a mountain the weather was really rock ... on the way to home it was raining...

    Saturday morning we wake up at 7 am we had our breakfast. At 8 we got dress at 9 we went to the mall i bought some clothes for my friend baby new born ^^... after that we derived to DUBAI in the way it started raining I enjoy raining v.much we arrived at 10:30. First we went to the City Center shopping mall i bought some gifts for my sisters Birthday and some stuff for Al 3ieed . He bought sunglass after that we went to the Virgin store I bought Laura Pausin CD and he bought Janette jackson CD... Then we went to have lucnh in Hatem restaurant .. it is Iranian restaurant .. Next we went to Mina Alsalam hotel it is the most wonderful Hotel i ever seen i like it v.much we went to the bazaar and we just wake around and both have drinks from star bucks cafe..
    At 5:33 pm we want to see my sister family they were in Ben Batootah mall
    at 8 pm we had dinner in the India palace restaurant they have very delicious food at 9:15 we finished our dinner and we were deriving to home and the rain started again ... =)


    Sunday morning i went to visit my family we spent v. nice time together evening I went to visit my friends to see her new baby.

    Now I let u see what I shoot in this weekend … [ I have allot but I didn’t upload them all ]
